Rx EDGE Wins Top Honors in DTC National Advertising Awards
Washington D.C., April 12, 2007 - Rx EDGE took home two “Best 2007 Point-of-Care Campaign” awards for its Vytorin and Rozerem in-store marketing programs given during the DTC National Conference in Washington D.C. For the first time in its six-year history, the conference included Point-of-Care among its awards categories, recognizing the importance of this targeted and efficient DTC media channel.
Rx EDGE teamed with Rapp Collins to win a Gold award for the Vytorin “Food and Family” in-store effort for Merck/Schering Plough Pharmaceuticals and was recognized with a Bronze award for its work with Cramer-Krasselt on the Rozerem “Your Dreams Miss You” campaign for Takeda Pharmaceuticals. In both campaigns, The Rx EDGE in-store pharmacy program brought the brands’ memorable TV and print creative into the retail environment.
The awards are judged by an independent panel composed of representatives from pharmaceutical marketing research firms.
